Frequently asked questions

What time can I check in?

You're welcome to arrive at the accommodation from 3:00 PM onwards. On your departure day, please check out by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Can I check in or check out outside reception opening hours?

No problem at all if you arrive after 6:00 PM! Your key will be waiting for you in the mailbox, filed under the first letter of your last name. You'll find the mailbox in the front lobby of our reception area.

Are bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels included?

No, these are not included in the standard price. You can rent these packages from us.

Bed linens: € 10,- per person, Kitchen towel package: € 3.95, Towel package: € 5.75

Is children's furniture included as standard?

Our holiday homes don't come with children's furniture as standard. You can rent these items from us, and we'll make sure everything is ready for your arrival.

Crib: €15.00, Sheets: €12.50, High chair: €12.50, Baby bath: €5.00, Playpen: €12.50.

Are dogs allowed in the accommodation?

This varies per accommodation. A maximum of one or two dogs are allowed to stay in a holiday home. Other pets are not permitted. Check out the accommodations where dogs are welcome here.

Are the accommodations suitable for people with disabilities?

Bungalow 49 is adapted for people with disabilities. The luxury villas have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. It's possible to make these wheelchair accessible.

Is there a laundry facility at the park?

Our laundry facility is located across from reception. Tokens are available at reception. Washing costs €5 per load and drying costs €4 per load. The laundry facility is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Does the holiday park have a restaurant?

Yes, there is a restaurant at our holiday park (separate owner). Enjoy a wonderful dining experience, whether it's just the two of you or with the whole family. You can also order takeaway and enjoy a cozy meal together in your accommodation.

What are the payment terms?

After booking, we ask for a deposit that our guests need to transfer within two weeks. This deposit is half of the total amount. You pay the remaining balance no later than two weeks before arrival.

Can I pay with a credit card?

You can pay with a credit card upon request. We charge an additional 2% fee on the invoice amount. If you'd like to use this option, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Can I cancel my stay free of charge?

Holiday park So What follows the national Recron terms and conditions. These include cancellation fees, depending on when you cancel prior to your stay.

Can I have groceries delivered to my accommodation?

On Texel, you can have groceries delivered to your vacation address. Order online on the website of Jumbo or Plus. Please mention the vacation park and the accommodation number when placing your order.

Does the park have a sandwich service?

It's possible to order fresh sandwiches. We work together with Broodjes Service Texel. Visit their website, order online and you can pick up all your sandwiches the next day at our reception, from 8:00 AM.

Is there a barbecue on the terrace?

There isn't a BBQ available as standard. You can rent a BBQ from us for €25. We'll set up the barbecue outside for you, including charcoal and firelighters. Our holiday park is located in a wooded area that can become dry during summer. Please make sure you handle fire safely.
